Tuesday Tunesday #30 | George Maple – Where You End And I Begin (Feat. Grande Marshall)

One of the main reasons I started this new blog and #TuesdayTunesday was to encourage myself to go out and listen to new music that I may not usually listen to.

Another way I have been doing this is my volunteer work at 2ser.com. I am exposing myself to more music than I ever have before and it’s been fantastic to really diversify what I listen to.

This is something that I may not have usually taken time out to listen to, but I think that I have been spreading my musical wings lately and I am really digging this.

Here are some George Maple facts.

– She’s female.
– She’s Australian.
– She’s signed to Future Classic. (believe me. That’s good. Think Flight Facilities, Flume, Chet, Seekae)
– She has an astounding voice.

On the eve of her tour to the US incorporating attending the SXSW Festival and following up her Vacant Space EP, she has dropped a new song. A new bouncy, airy tune that showcases her skills beautifully.

I love the talent this country produces. We’re no longer a backwater when it comes to producing music that takes the world by storm. Her tracks have more than 4 million plays on Soundcloud so it’s like not I’m sharing something new, but at least I got to hear this song early…and so can you!
